For customers within a 100km radius of Sydney, your chair will be delivered directly to your door via our BODYCAPSULE™ delivery vans. For areas beyond this radius, our trusted logistics partners will handle the delivery.

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the item for any damage and confirm satisfaction by signing the agreement form.

Delivery Fees

For locations within 100km of major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth):

• Under 100km: $250 (Drop-off only)

• 101-200km: $350 (Drop-off only)

• 201-300km: $600 (Drop-off only)

• 301-400km: $700 (Drop-off only)

• 401km+: Quote provided by courier (Drop-off only)

• Canberra: $350 (Drop-off only) or $500 (including assembly)

• All other areas: 7-14 business days

• During peak promotion periods: 2-5 weeks
